Description:
Maydos cabinet anti-bacteria wood paint is a kind of two-component paint produced with up-to-date technology and equipment. It provides you a high quality, color-retending, mildew and scrubbing resistant finish with rich and fine film.

Storage Condition:	Store it in dry and well-ventilated place. Avoid severe sunshine, heat and rain. Keep out of reach of children.
Shelf Life:	12 months (use up in 4 hrs after mix)

Recommendation:
1. Please use our matched products. Otherwise, the unpredictable problem may affect the decoration effect.
2. Stir thoroughly before and after mix. Filtrate the mixed paint with 200-300# filter net and then keep the mixture for 10 minutes (at 25ºC) until there is no foam. Use up the mixed paint within 2 hours to avoid hardening.
3. Seal tightly the unused paint. The mixed paint should not be poured back to the original can.
4. Application is not recommended when the moisture of the wood is ≥12%, relative humidity≥85%, or the temperature≤5ºC.
5. Take proper protection measures during application.
Application Procedure:

2. Sealer	Sealer: Hardener = 1: 0.25	To seal the substrate.
3. Polish	Polished with 320# sand paper or with polishing machine	Polish the coarse surface for 3-4 hrs.
4. White primer	Base: Hardener: Thinner = 1:0.3:(0.8-1)	Apply 2-3 times and then polish after each coat dries.
5. Polish	Polish with 400-600# sand paper	Polish for 3-4hrs till the surface has no bright point.
6. Top coat	Matt paint : Hardener: Thinner = 1:0.5:1 Glossy paint: Hardener: Thinner=1:1:(0.8-1)	Apply 2-3 times and no need polish or stop between each coat.
