Description
 

Maydos Soundproof Mortar is primarily composed of high-quality sound-insulating materials, quartz sand, cement, and premium additives, blended in a scientifically formulated ratio. During application, an appropriate amount of water is added as required, and the mixture is evenly troweled onto the floor to form a 30mm-thick soundproof mortar layer.

Suitable for floor slabs in residential buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, libraries, and other spaces requiring noise reduction, especially where sound insulation is inadequate. High strength; suitable for wooden flooring, tile paving, and other finishes.

How to use

Construction Method

1. Clean the substrate thoroughly, removing dust, debris, and oil stains.
2. Mix materials at a water-cement ratio of 0.16:1 until smooth.
3. Apply the mixture to the required thickness, ensuring a level surface.
4. Cure for 7 days after application.

 

Application Note

Ensure the floor surface is dry, clean, and free from oil or contaminants. Mix the soundproof mortar with water at a ratio of 1:0.16 until smooth and lump-free. Apply evenly with a trowel or tool. Allow to dry naturally at a suitable temperature and humidity. Maintain a thickness of 10-40mm; surface sets after 24 hours.

Storage Condition

Avoid direct sunlight; store in a cool, ventilated, dry place.

Keep containers tightly sealed-store at 5-25°C. Prevent freezing.
Avoid strong acids, alkalis, oxidizers, food, and animal feed.

Waste Disposal

Disposal of product waste and packaging must comply with national and local regulations. Entrust certified professionals for handling.
