Features
1.One part, neutral fast cure, high performance weather seal silicone sealant that exhibits outstanding physical properties for
projects and general building constructions uses.

2.It has excellent weathering resistance, durability, sealing and primer less adhesive properties, virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, wind, frost, snow, air pollutant, ozone and temperature extremes.

Where to Use

Typical Uses:

1.General glazing and weather sealing in curtain walls and building facades.

2.Aluminum composite panels cladding, aluminum and glass curtain walls

3.Windows and doors perimeter joints. 
  eg: Vinyl windows, aluminum windows, PVC, UPVC windows etc.

Limitations:
1. Do not use in structural application.
2. Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50° ^C or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy. dusty or dirty.
3. Do not use for sub-graded application, confined space or surfaces that require post finishes or paintings
4. Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials,solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly duning sealant cure.

Application

1. Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces

2. Cut the nozzle at 45 °angle to the desired shapeand size

3. Screw nozzle on the cartridge.  Place cartridge in the caulking gun.

4. Apply sealant into the base of the joint so that it can completely fill the joint.

 

                 Construction Procedure

               1.Seam pretreatment

               2.Paste tape

               3.Cut glue mouth

               4.45°cut glue mouth

               5.Seal the glue slowly

               6.Repair glue

               7.Tear the tape

               8. Finish

Storage and Packing

Shelf Life

12 months from manufacture date when store in cool dry locations below 27°C.Keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.
