Maydos water-based acrylic enamel paint is a high-level eco-friendly paint diluted with water, produced by industrial grinding process, is a self-drying product. It has the feature of low VOC, outdoor water-resistant and weather-resistant, anti-bacterial, anti-mould and scrubbing-resistant, metal rust-resistant, quick-drying and easy to construct, good covering power of paint film, full and rich colour, indoor/outdoor general purpose, and universal use of various substrates, such as iron, wood and wall. The product can be customized with different colours, good covering power; with good adhesion and sealing function to various substrates. It can be applied to all kinds of metal materials, wood timber, internal and external walls, mosaics, aluminium composite panels, PVC and other substrates for painting protection, to meet the general anti-corrosion and anti-rust requirements.

Applications

Substrate Treatment:
a.The substrate needs to be free of dust, oil, rust, floating rust, debris and flat and not loose;

b.For old paint film renovation, it is recommended to do thorough sanding treatment to remove the old paint film; c.Smooth substrates must be sanded to enhance product adhesion;
Dilution Ratio:
Summer construction: it is recommended to add 5%~10% of water dilution, stir evenly;Winter construction: affected by the temperature, it is recommended to add 10% ~15%ofwater dilution, mix well; in case of low temperature, you can add appropriate warm waterdilution and mixing;
Construction Methods:
Brushing (water-based wire brush), spraying, roller coating;
Roller coating construction need to pay attention to: varnish construction is recommended touse short hair roller construction, is not recommended to use medium-long hair roller or sponge roller; Colour paint construction is recommended to use a medium-long hair roller.
