Product Description
Maydos HS 2K clear coat is a high solids clear coat which complies with the 420g/l VOC limit in accordance to the EU legislation.It is suitable for use in all type of repairs. It offers long lasting resistance and easy application with good drying properties.Maydos HS 2K clear coat is used with Maydos HS hardener to give optimal performance and final finish especially when baked.

Existing jobs should be properlysanded and degreased. For cleaning and degreasing the surface prior to applying the base coat.

Surface Preparation
1. The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease,laitance etc.
2. All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed.
3. A light sanding with suitable abrasive material is recommended before application.
4. Any resulting dust/loose particles must be removed.
Remarks
1.Make sure all surfaces must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease, oil etc.
2.Stir well before use.
3.If the paint is used on metal surface, primer is recommended
4.For optimum application, ensure that both spray booth temperature and paint temperatureare between 20°C and 25°C.
5.Clean the spray gun thoroughly immediately after use of 2k products
6.This product is highly flammable liquid. May cause sensitization by inhalation and skincontact.
7.Wear eye protection and rubber gloves to prevent exposure to paints
