Maydos white wood glue is a water-based adhesive that is made from the organic monomer, initiating agent, antifoaming agent, stabilizer and chain cutting agent.
 

Recommended use

The adhesive is mainly suitable for the bond of wood, MDF, plywood and melamine board, veneer, etc. And also suitable for use as the main raw material of wooden architectural coatings.

Applications

Directions for use

Surface preparation:

The grease, smirch, rust, moisture of the contacted surface must be cleaned off, the surface of bamboo, leather or rubber, etc must be matted.

Recommended apply system
Cleaning	The grease, smirch, rust, moisture of the contacted surface must be cleaned off.
Brushing	The contacted surface(two sides) is brushed with the adhesive in a thin layer, brushing toward the same aspect for air to get out to strengthen the powerful viscosity.
Contacting	After applying adhesive, fix the object that is bonded. If heating and pressing, the adhesion will be stronger.

Remarks

a. The ambient temperature must be more than 10°C in use. The white glue is only used for the adhesion of porous materials.

b. According to different requirements, the white glue can be diluted with water. The method is that the white glue must be heated to 30°C~40°C, and then put water of 30°C ~40°C into white glue slowly and stir it uniformly. The cold water of below 10°C may not be used for diluting the white glue.

c. After using, the container of white glue should be covered tightly. In order to avoid skin formation on the white glue, put some water on the white glue, which should be stirred uniformly when using.

d. The white glue cannot be used for bonding the metal.The environment should have good ventilation.
