In production of wood furniture,coating is taking more and more tome,compared to other process,which can be done by modern machines,So the coating step is kind of becoming a bottleneck, as it is cured by UV lights to dry in few seconds,no need to wait til the paint dry,A whole coating line by UV coating machines can finish all steps of stains,sanding sealer, aolor and topcoat in 3~5 minutes.

In furniture market,cost is always the key element.So high capacity and reducing cost is becoming more and more important in modern furniture factory.
At present the unit price of UV paint is higher than that of PU paint,PE paint,but the PU and PE has lower soild content,and is usually applied by spray gun,which bring big waste,While UV paint has extremely high solid content,nearly no waste during application by machines,So the cost pre square meter of UV paint is much lower than that of PU and PE,saving around 30%~50%.
